The Monarch PRORO 16 reverse osmosis unit offers the ultimate water purification and treatment for both coffee and steam applications. RO will effectively remove up to 99% of TDS (Total Dissolved Solids) from the water. It is the only water treatment process that removes chlorides which, left untreated, will corrode and damage equipment leading to expensive replacement costs, service calls and inevitably, kitchen downtime. Removing all minerals, particulates and chlorine from the water provides a consistent baseline of ‘clean’ water to work with. All PRORO models (excluding ware-washing) incorporate a remineralisation post-filter for taste optimisation for high-quality coffee, time after time.
